Relief

The beginning of last week this is how I looked:

I had a lot of last minute things to do in preparation for a conference booth I was helping to organize. The actual conference was a great experience, and I had some wonderful volunteers help me out with the booth. I'm glad it's over, though as I have had almost no time to paint or write in the last month. Between family, my art and the conference, art is what had to give. Starting next week that will change and I will be painting once more. (woohoo!) I hope y'all are enjoying your weekend and will check back next week to see some new doodles.
