Today was the first day back to school. I met all 143 of my students (To those moms who want to be emailed every Friday with a copy of the assignments for the week as well as the homework-HA!)
It was a pretty okay day. I noticed a large boy to girl ratio...not too much personality shown yet, but that's to be expected. They're all pretty terrified of being in middle school.
They'll get over that. REAL QUICK.
you are a brave and wonderful person to do this scary job. ;) good luck and a big thank you from a parent of a toddler who will atternd school one day.
