With a dollop of sour cream

So what did you have for lunch today? I had a nice, hot bowl of white chicken chili accompanied by a buttery biscuit. Yu-hum! My husband made it earlier today, so it's been sitting in a crock pot all day, simmering. Our whole house smells like this chili, instead of cinnamon and christmas. But it's okay, because it's a perfect day for it.
