What'd you do this weekend?

I was a very busy bee this weekend. I began this painting below. It's something I was inspired to do by Johanna. I call it a "quilt painting," because it's a patchwork of different images, all inspired by living in Texas. Hopefully, I'll finish it by next weekend. I'll post another (clearer) picture, once the painting is done.

I also completed my I-Fri picture, as well as FINALLY decided on which witch (haha) I am going to submit to Penelope's contest. I haven't had such a productive weekend in...I can't remember when. It thrills me to my toes!
