W.I.P-Giddyup!

Still no color, but I hope to change that by week's end! In the meantime, here is a peek at a character in one of my drawings.


She's supposed to be a little girl emulating one of her heroes on tv. Now the age range for pretend play is young. She's too tall, lean and just more mature than what I was aiming for. She looks like a tween here, and I know that doesn't work!


Second attempt is much better. She's shorter, rounder and her facial features are a little larger. Much better! I'm hoping to get this cowgirl painted up this week. Stay tuned!

    Thanks you two. :) I'm doing a color study now, and I hope to start the paint work tomorrow, and finish Thursday. Fingers crossed I'll get a post up by Friday!
