Imagine, v. - to form a mental image of

Sorry kiddies, no painting today. I barely got this sketch out. I may post it completed at another time. I've got packing, wrapping and cleaning still left to do.
My original response to this week's topic of "imagine" was inspired by a bubble bath I took this weekend. I had flashbacks to when I was a kid, and all of the things I would imagine taking place in the bubble wonderland of the bathtub. I had a great idea all sketched out, when I decided to peruse the links people had posted. I was dismayed to see my idea was eerily similar to another's post. I've decided to save my idea for a portfolio work-up another time, and took inspiration from a piece I started in my Children's Illustration class.

Here we see Jack and Milky White with a stranger they've met on the road. As you can see, the stranger is proposing a trade. Milky White obviously knows it's a bad idea. Jack, however, is imagining all of the great possibilities of those "magic beans."
