Simple, adj. - sheer, unmixed (pure)

It's been so long since I've been able to do I-Friday! (Jeez three weeks, and it's like I've fallen off of the face of the earth!)
I did create sketches for all of the topic, but there's too much going on right now. It's a shame, really. I've been so inspired since returning from New York; I have fantastic ideas and techniques to try-but no time to try them!
*sigh* Here's my contribution. It's a very quick rendering of a girl skipping rope (a simple toy) while jumping hopscotch (a simple game) and enjoying it for the simple pleasure of it all. Can you remember simpler times? What I wouldn't give to be able to visit my eight-year old self....

  8. Hopscotch used to be my favorite game - exactly for that, you didn´t really need any props for it.
